How does Wile-E-Coyote's TNT blaster work?

I may be in a bit of a dynamite mood at the moment. Part of me really wanted to buy the dynamite blaster in the eBay listing featured, but the risk of it being seized and destroyed by our increasingly over-zealous postal system is too high.

I always aimed it used some kind of rotary generator from the ziiiip noise they make -enjoyed the analysis immensely.

2017-06-19 23:47:40 +0000 UTCInitially I thought it was going to be this type of TNT blaster at the very start of the last video when Clive mentioned "It's got the handle that goes in the side", I was waiting for Clive to grab a large 'T' shaped item. I miss the time when these Roadrunner, Bugs Bunny, Pink Panther, etc. cartoons were regularly shown on TV in my childhood. They were cartoons that parents could enjoy watching with their children, unlike the drab cartoons aired now.
