My wife (Chinese) was watching with amusement. Apparently you’re actually supposed to cut into small pieces as seasoning for dishes. Think “vegemite”, not eat whole. But good on you. I can’t eat any hard boiled eggs because the texture makes me vomit before the taste does.

I really enjoy the taste testing videos. The retching is a bit much but the comedy more than makes up for it.

That was hilarious! Especially when you reverted to the egg to cleanse your palate of the spicy rind.

I can take the swearing and references to sexual acts, but oh lord the retching. Maybe it's just me, but that's far harder to watch! Still, better you guys suffer so I know to never, ever, *ever* try the rotten egg things. Those pork scratchings sound good though....
