I should have given it a load test. But it didn't have a charge. It's currently undergoing a cell capacity test.

This one does allow both at once, so it has simple 5V UPS functionality.

Does this module allow for power draw while it's being charged or does it cut the output as soon as something is plugged in like so many of them do? I'm really surprised how compact that board is!
