Since it was the last day of the show tonight I tried to capture a typical show for the lighting crew behind the scenes. It misses out our pre-show lighting tests and installation of equipment in public areas, and cuts straight to our first cue on the show, which is handing out programmable light sticks to 35 of the highland dancers.
The audio may be a bit rough for some of this video due to the sheer volume of the show. It's really LOUD.
This was the first of two Saturday shows to try and get enough light to record good video.
At night the dancers with the light sticks look really vibrant, as I'm sure the many videos on YouTube filmed by audience members will show.

Makes me wonder how many injuries are caused by a) ear damage caused by pyros and b) being run down by ranks of military. Also love the "Quiet Please" sign where the volume level is slightly above that of most nightclubs.
