Inside a Duracell PB2 power bank.

An upmarket power bank for a change. I got this earlier in the year but hadn't run a full test on it yet.

I've still not completed the final charge capacity test. That should be complete in a few hours hopefully. (UPDATE) Test completed at a respectable 6400mAh.

In hindsight that could have shown if there was any clever buck circuitry action happening. I didn't think of it at the time.

Was there a reason you didn't try your current clamp meter on the battery wires while charging?

Shout out to my Homies of the Patreon Posse haha :-)

Alas, just one pack. I'm about to make a video about one of the other things you sent. (Clue... It's completely fake.)

I'm super confused about these fuses. The footprint on the top side says FB, so it's intended for a ferrite bead, but they put in a fuse. The footprint on the data lines says F for fuse, but it seems like they put in ferrite beads here!

I was introduced to it in a bar in Bocholt, Germany. They served it after the meal to aid digestion. As the evening wore on, with plenty of beer (still don't understand the paper disk on the stem of the beer glass) the shots of jäger got bigger and bigger as the bar man got more and more drunk. Nowadays people only drink it if they water it down with something else.

Thanks Clive. To translate a foreign language PDF etc I use https://www.onlinedoctranslator.com/en - I hope this helps. I translated that IP5209 in a minute or so.

And my preferred serving temp of Jägermeister is -10c. Sadly the last time I partook was almost 25 years ago at gents club in Augusta GA. During my bachelor party.

I think I sent two different types. One was sweeter and one was more Cajun flavored. At least I thought I did.

Pretty much what he said, although the name "Florida Cracker" came from how the ranchers used to heard cattle. Instead of using a rope/lasso to wrangle the cattle they would use whips and dogs instead. Hence the term 'Florida Cracker' since this technique for ranching cattle was somewhat unique to Florida and some parts of Georgia.

Actually Florida crackers were colonial-era English and American pioneer settlers and their descendants in what is now the U.S. state of Florida. The first of these arrived in 1763 after Spain traded Florida to Great Britain following the latter's victory over France in the Seven Years' War.
