This is a cheap eBay power supply designed for outdoor applications. It's not quite what you might expect.
The only place I might use this is where it was inside a grounded box sign for extra protection from drips of condensation or water ingress.

I'm just back from a visit to a company in Nanjing, China. Saw lots of these boxes on the side of a river powering a very nice light show. Nice to know how dodgy they are!

2019-03-15 15:03:38 +0000 UTCYou voided your warranty-- they warned you not to open it.... So it appears that two of the top screws enter a channel open to the outside and two enter a channel open to the inside. No gaskets anywhere. Hideous.
