That's the Mannanam operated by the IOM Steam Packet Company. I was on it last Wednesday after a sunny week enjoying the Manx sights with the top down on the car. Great ferry but left Douglas an hour late after a TT RV got wedged on the ramp when reversing on. TL;DR Our landlady had never heard of Big Clive
