I think that went pretty well tbh. I particularly enjoyed your efforts to make the ion flow visible. However, Clive… I do have to take you to task on one small matter. You may have the gastric disposition of a crocodile sunning itself on the banks of the Zambezi, but even my dog (who was also watching) let out an audible gulp as you ‘finger-taste-tested’ the methylated spirits! That being said… MORE live streams please Clive.

It's going to be a fairly spicy device involving about 10 100nF 630V capacitors, a matching set of 1N4007 diodes and some high value resistors. I'm also trying to 3D print some end caps in time for the start of the stream.
