I can't really call this a charger because all it does is enable power when it detects a vehicle is connected and then signals to the actual charger in the vehicle how much current can be drawn.
I was heading to hospital early in the morning for a small operation the morning after making this video, so I didn't go as far as I could have on the signalling circuitry, and I may sound a little bit agitated. I may revisit this video in the future.
(The operation for a hernia was yesterday and I'm back home now.)
