Things worthy of note:-
Elastigirl runs over Bolt's foot with her hoverboard at 4.25 and doesn't realise it so she's checking the safety lanyard point (not connected) and the base controls to try and get her hoverboard going again.
The generic upbeat music is on a 3 minute loop because making a dedicated track and then timecoding it for the full length of the parade would have been a significant task. (The Disney parade music route sequencing is firmly in the category of rocket science with loops to allow for parade breakdowns.)
The characters are being much more "characterful" than a typical Disney parade. Having worked at that park I can say that it's because the French tend to do things their way to great effect. (Both technically and artistically.)
