Fun fact - Benedictine - my dad will drink a BandB by adding Brandy, a popular in its day. For me I like to make sloe gin, usually in a 5l water bottle so I can give it a shake and see how it is doing, regular testing can be a problem ;-)

I really enjoy reading your Message section. 5 others I support just simply deploy ‘radio silence’ not at all interactive. You actually show love for your subs and that is becoming quite rare in my experience.

Have you used your sodastream? It’s affect is the same as any other beverage. The bubbles can change your experience of the sweet notes generally. Bitters are affected less by small bubbles, since half of ‘taste’ is smell

If my soda steam had not been broken and I had some Jaegermeister I would give it a try. Looks good but does it affect the flavour ?

So it appeared to have small champagne bubbles... or was it closer to those nitrogen bubbles from a tap? Also I’m pretty sure you said millimeter not milliliter bottle 😘 we have to screw in our sodastream pressurizers. They appear to be identical to yours but my model is almost 10 years old now

When I carbonated vodka many years ago, I didn't have enough fluid to reach the nozzle so I just extended the nozzle with silicone hose.
