There will be, but I've never really considered it. With electronic loads it's a complex variable as switch mode supplies will often try to compensate for the voltage.

2020-10-03 23:52:14 +0000 UTCUltimately no advantage... However theoretically, if you had to work on something live knowing which of the 2 conductors was actually live would mean you know what not to touch. Usual caveats about not working live apply.
2020-10-03 21:31:11 +0000 UTCI have a question, for livestream or to be answered here. In UK, you have asymetric plugs for 230V. In Germany, those plugs are symteric. So, theoretically in UK you can always know which one is live or neutral, in Germany and other countries you cannot. Is there any advantage/disadvantage out of this? Which one?

2020-10-03 10:25:54 +0000 UTCYes. The BV9900 Pro. I've been wanting to give it a long test first. In short, it's been very good so far. Miles better than the CAT S61. I've been approached to do a review of the new CAT S62 and am in the awkward situation of thinking that the CAT S61 had mediocre firmware at best.
