I found ONE foam pump seller
Added 2020-10-29 05:29:23 +0000 UTCRemember the automatic foaming soap dispenser? I was so intrigued by the dedicated foam pump that I looked on eBay to see if I could find them as a bare component.
eBay came up trumps with a single seller. They seem to mainly sell industrial components like motors, air pumps, timer modules and power supplies.

Looks like this seller/item - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/264812164691 Price has gone up slightly, but looks like they apply mounting foam and it's pre wired. Shame about the extortionate postage cost to Australia of $4.30 +GST however
