Hacking some fake UVC lamps.

There are some vague references to the original video in the shortened one.
I'll probably make a simple non-technical guide to UVC lamps as it's something I get asked about a lot.

2020-06-04 23:33:21 +0000 UTCI like the way the spiral one looks. When I found out it was just to hide the seam my reaction became "meh". Making them reduced power doesn't reduce the germicidal effectiveness too. Probably could leave them unplugged without reducing the germicidal effectiveness.
