Side glow fibre/fiber optic

Maybe this is just poor quality stuff, but it pretty much matches my previous experiences with it.

I always like to think about the creative side of things that they can be used for, perhaps letters on a sign where you need that gradual trailing out to give a certain effect. Everything has its place and has its uses always be creative with something and I like to keep a lot of things in the back of my head for when a situation might come up or an effect I need to achieve

2021-05-16 12:09:24 +0000 UTCI've tried various thicknesses, from various different sellers, and it's always been about as lack-luster as this. I've tried sanding it progressively more, further from the light source, which helps a tiny bit. For very short spans, side-glow is ok. I haven't found success otherwise.
