Wind powered shark light

A very simple light designed to be stuck onto young drivers vehicles to add an air of sophistication.

Did it make your car go faster?

Put a few in the toilet and you can charge your phone whilst taking a dump.

Oh my, I put one on my crappy car some years back, found the spare the other day.

You forgot the trash can mufflers and undercarriage lighting! We see those in the US a lot. For some reason the "boy racers" seem to want to race me when they see my EV license plate. Don't they know my Tesla only has a 3.9 second 0-60 and 158 mph top end? When I used to have an ICE vehicle and had to take it in for emissions inspection, the inspector once commented that my little two-seater was very clean, unlike most of the boy-racers who removed all that junk to go faster and failed miserably.

Shart light, as Prof. Ashens would say…

Might be fun mounted on a ski helmet for skiing during the night.

I've heard the expression "Jumped the shark"... Now we have "Blew the shark"?

I was thinking the very same thing... see how loud it screamed before self destructing!!

Excellent! …this would have made the perfect addition atop my Reliant Robin (assuming I was driving downhill with a headwind) …together with furry dice, ‘go faster’ stripes and a ‘posing’ elbow stuck out of the driver’s window, even when it was raining! The flashing blue LEDs would certainly have been an eye-catcher …albeit the eye of law enforcement, as they pull me over and issue me with 6 penalty points and a fine. However, I do feel that the designers missed a trick by not making the turbine generate a siren as well. 🏎️____🚓

Because I no longer drive I never knew such things existed. When I keep seeing these adverts for lung cleaning, clearing, whatever, devices. You could save yourself some money and blow on to one of these for fun. At least it gave me my first smile of the day.

Jeremy Travis

It'd be fun to get a compressed air source and see how much power it generates, and then how fast you can get the turbine to spin before something blows up. Wonder what would give up first?

Nick Loh

Will you be making an improved version? Perhaps a pinwheel with LEDs in the handle.
