To chapel chicks!!!!! i missed the stream, but it was always nice to see her in the chat. She was truly one of us, and will never be forgotten. a great loss to our technical family. She had many battles in her life, sadly this was one battle too many for her.

I have the Moderna jab for my first two shots in March/April last year (I'm in the US) - it took me 6 months to recover and get back to being able to work. At one point, I really thought I'd have to go on disability benefit. It was not good. No booster for me and I'll carry on being a hermit :)

2022-01-20 19:38:31 +0000 UTCI think someone just deleted their post about being made redundent. Easily the best/luckiest thing that ever happened to me. I was out of work and broke for a while, but I always wanted to be an engineer. The bit of time off let me set my eyes on the bullseye, and I got there. If I hadn't have been made redundent, I'd probably be working in customer service (which is easily the worst job possible, radiation overdose test subject would probably be more palatable). Hang in there comment deleter person, make the most of no work time as well!
