I'm hoping to be up there in a couple of weeks. Not seeing the Tattoo but by the looks of it there's plenty to see of your work even from the outside. Looking good!

The projections look as though they will be stunning, think I'll be spending more time viewing the lighting rigs than the tattoo itself when I visit! When I was a kid I often missed whole minutes of a film at the cinema looking backwards for the projector change or the top right of the screen for the dot😂

Not sure what video you are looking for but you can indeed make an insulation transformer to be an autotransformer. Put the primary winding parallel to the supply and put the secondary winding in series with the load. Depending on which way around you connect the wires you either add or subtract the voltage of the secondary to or from the supply voltage. It is important to know that the current rating of the secondary is the maximum current your load is allowed to draw.

Does anyone have a link to Clive's video about using an isolation transformer to run a 220 Volt item from 240 Volt. It was wired like an auto transformer. I can't find it. It may have been removed?
