the thing is despite best efforts to encourage youth into apprenticeships and trade the reality is they will never have financial security or own a house (unless they inherit). In isle of man and many places property assets have gone up x10 in the same period salaries are up x 0.5 and inflation is at 10%. And there is no political will to do anything as the boomers and gen X benefit and vote for the powers thst be that refuse to address the supply demand.
