Generally bands have enough music under their belts for the first two albums, the third is usually more difficult as they have to write new songs to fill it. In the trade its known as the 'difficult third', this lead to the album being called 'The Difficult Turd' Elvis came to mind (possibly because the studio dog was called Elvis) and an album cover was born...
