Better macro image of the LED degradation
Added 2022-11-03 05:05:32 +0000 UTCNot bad for 8 years continuous operation, but despite the ring light aligning almost perfectly, you can still see the dark ring where most of the blue light was supposed to be exiting the LED. The discolouration manifested as a very noticeable beam pattern with dark spot in the middle and a dark ring around it.

It's always nice getting a shoutout from a channel you watch. One can only be pleased at being associated with electronic annihilation.

So my question is are you insulted or pleased at being accused of being a master of such annihilation?
