2023-06-13 00:19:01 +0000 UTCI use a mixture of relevant keywords to what I think the function is, and often resort to an image search to see if I can find a circuit diagram with a component that resembles the one I'm looking for. It can take a lot of time.

The american manufacturers are easy enough and I'm pretty good at google, but many of the chinese parts defeat me while you seem to have 99% success rate. that includes SMT parts with their short codes .. the online conversion lists rarely work except for older parts.
