I had high hopes for these solar wall lights

At first these solar wall mounting lights with an LED filament bulb looked really stylish. They also had a fairly decent looking solar panel.

Then I dug deeper and discovered some odd circuitry shortcuts that mean that these lights require a little bit of work to make them safer.

Capped at 4.2V and whatever current the solar panel can provide within the 100 to 500mA range.

There's an even easier one based on just two small solar panels and a motor. It goes in the direction of the brightest light and stops when each cell is getting similar light.

I think you'll enjoy the minimalism, elegance, and simple construction of this solar tracker: https://twitter.com/Rainmaker1973/status/1788632909966082416?s=19

Hi Clive, what would you say is the recommended max charging voltage and current while charging a lithium cell in a solar powered light?
