Just had the Aldi tools seized at the airport
Added 2023-12-08 11:53:15 +0000 UTCThe Aldi "Dremel" type tool and glue gun have both been taken by airport security because they felt I could brandish the glue gun like a weapon.
Next time I'll stick them in hold luggage and just lie when they ask if there are any lithium batteries in it. (The batteries are built into the tools).
I may be able to get them returned to me with a third party postal service with "charges".

I had a bag of hairpins confiscated. They missed a FREAKING KNIFE I forgot to pull out of the bag.
