Using the XH-M452 temp/humidity module

This is one of those very handy little modules stocked by all the usual suspects.  It's cheap and very versatile, since it can control heating or cooling and humidifying or dehumidifying.

A lot of the magic is in the remote sensor, with the microcontroller mainly just polling it for data and displaying it.

Using the XH-M452 temp/humidity module

Comments

Humidity is a huge problem here due to being on an island in the middle of the Irish Sea. On a plus note, the island is very lush farmland.

I think you'd need to use two modules for that.

Is your humidity level really 76.*% ? I have a humidifier that warns against humidity levels above 60%, due to risk of mold.

Are their expanded output versions available, with seperate humidification and dehumidification contro, to create a set standard humidity level, turning on one of the other to maintain the humidity, and prehaps the same controls for the heating/cooling side.
