Fray Bentos pie - the remix
Added 2024-07-03 18:06:38 +0000 UTCI wonder if my very popular previous pie review video, where I found they had removed most of the meat and made a gravy-pie, actually had the effect of them reviewing the ingredients.
It's actually a lot better now. Much closer to the pies I remember from my youth.

My mother (God rest her soul) opened and cooked a Fray Bentos steak & kidney pie which she bought in 1957, the year she got married, and had kept unopened for almost 50 years - apparently it was perfect. I don't eat kidney so can't comment (plus, it was 50 years old).. Preppers take note..
