Derigging our lighting gantries with a rail system

I'm not aware of any other venue that uses this system. I suggested it during the design of the new stadium, and it has been very helpful indeed in moving the high number of extremely heavy lights we use.

that would work, you could reverse them and fire Clive back up into the rigging. π€£ arms and legs flapping in the wind.

Add some electromagnetic braking to the track.

π€£ true, I can just see catching them as they fly past.

That's ok. We can just put in disclaimers in the mandatory release forms.

Zip line with sharp steel cable hooks on both sides.

That would be great, but the light would probably be travelling at 100mph by the time it got to the bottom.

Now you just need to rail to run to the van loading area. Helter-skelter style 2xπ

Nice system. None of my browsers would allow me to view this. Only the Patreon one.

It is actually a meat hook system.

Hello Clive I like that system it reminds me of the overhead that they use to move head sides of beef in a slaughter house . you would think they would use rubber wheels .

It is annoyingly loud. Something with rubber edged wheels would have been nicer.

I can see somebody suddenly stopping and getting whacked in the head with a piece of equipment.
