Some kind of detailed explanation and a date before making changes and talking through it? It's not like you're a small channel, or someone just trying to quickly capitalise off of confusion (like someone calling themselves b1gclivedotcom or something lookielikey... Like you're known on the platform as bigclivedotcom and you have been for years at this point. I honestly question if they have any shred of competence left.
