Tomorrow (today) it's an early start (BOO!) and I expect to take down and box every single light on the upper gantry.

We were working at the top of the tallest man made structure in the world (long about 1985, which stood some 2063 feet, 628.8 meters science, above average terrane) at television station KTHI (now KVLY tv 11) broadcasting 5 mega watts from just outside of the greater Megalopolis of Blanchard, North Dakota (USA) . We were up there to replace a NFG antenna de-icing transformer and re'lamp all of the towers aircraft warning lights. Upon opening the tower top beacon lamp I discovered a sign in sheet and a partially smoked spliff! Not being one to break with tradition, I signed the document and took time to enjoy the 3-AM November night view and savored a quick taste of the provided ganja!
