My dad was in the Signals in the war, and as a kid in the 60's I remember him having two of these that he kept his tools in, I often wondered what they were originally for.

2025-09-27 08:06:02 +0000 UTCThat satchel looks like an ex-mod signals satchel. I have a few and one is full of radio stuff as well as RF tools. But the satchel is unbelievably like the ex-mod ones. Some have just the shoulder strap, others have both buckles fur the shoulder strap and L straps for carrying it on your back like a small rucksack. As always, an interesting video to see what other folk lug about in their satchel. K
