Grow light teardown

This one does have a mix of whites and some other colours thrown in to tick the broad spectrum "sunlight" box.

So the two I ordered came pretty quickly considering their voyage, very nicely packaged like yours was. At 120 volts, mine initially draws 14 watts with a power factor of .50. Interestingly, after they warm up, the power drops down to 12 watts. (the "real" power so far not seen by my utility is something like 17.2 watts after winding down) I've seen this with COBs that have the circuitry on the same board as the LEDs but not with a Buck Power Supply. Any thoughts on that?
