A: A naked young man with black hair is in the beginning stages of his  first transformation into a huge quadrupedal wolf. His transformation  triggered early / partially by the scent of a female in heat, which he  is compelled by boiling over lycanthropy to give into. He is covered in  sweat, standing behind / mating with a large female Doberman, gripping  her hips, his penis changing inside her as he screams at the moon. She  is panting with a lolling tongue. His eyes are now golden in color.  Black fur covers his shoulders and neck, his feet halfway transformed into huge thickly padded paws.

B: A cute blonde girl that very slowly changes into a wolf goes off to a shopping haul. Since she started to change she would go out less and less frequently. At this point, 3 weeks since she started to change, she hid herself from public for about a week until she ran out of food.  Though her charade is almost laughable. Her shoes don't fit anymore or maybe they even have busted open in the front due to the sheer size of her paw-feet. A short muzzle is clearly visible behind her face mask that she put on desperately. A furless tail is peeking out over her trouser waistband. Her sweater is pretty tight against her torso and you can make out the outlines of her additional teats. Also that winter hat she put on does a very bad job at hiding the elongated ears. I bet if she wouldn't wear a mask you could see her tongue lolling out when she speaks to the cashier.

D: Guy drinks a tainted beer that turns him into a donkey.
