I think the CAD systems for plastic manufacturing are now so advanced that they can give very predictable tolerances.

2025-11-18 17:41:49 +0000 UTCLego used to make a big thing about how close the tolerances were on their pieces. I don't know if cheap copies can now be made equally accurately or if they're less consistent in their locking ability.
