Patreon's Discord bot weird behavior

Hello everyone!

I've been contacted about some people not being able to access their roles.
It has come to my attention that Discord bot is not working properly. It's sometimes either not assigning roles or removing them.
I tried to see if this issue can be fixed and it seems that problem is in integration bot itself. Meaning, it's out of my hands to be actually able to do anything about it.

I sincerely apologize if you are one of those affected by this. Please, try leaving the server then rejoining the server.
If that doesn't work, disconnect, then connect your discord back to patreon.
If neither of those work, contact me and I'll see what can be done!

Alternative solutions:
Alternatively, there is a way to not have to deal with Discord every time if you don't like Discord or the bot is not working properly at the moment (which hopefully won't happen again in future).
Join and connect discord once, get links from the channels and bookmark them. (Or ask the links directly to me in dm).
Then each month simply use the passwords from 'My pledges' tab since links don't change, only passwords do.
