End of the month poll + Next month program and more!

Another month ends so let's go with this month's recap and what's gonna happen next month!   

Progresses
Aaaahh so much actually, I can't remember everything but the greatest new of this month was crowds indeed! Learning to add multiple actors in same scene by porting them myself so I can give them the simplest rig and shader while looking good. Other than that I've been watching sculpting tutorials!! And can now do so many cool things, tested a bit with Loba's incoming animation. Hope you'll like that one hehe.

Next month's schedule
Next month's schedule has to be determined yet as I might open for 2 comms (Gotta ask my consultant first how does it work with taxes and all).
So end result will be 2 possible commission slots, one poll animation and two random animations depending on what needs to be filled in terms of variety.
At least 1 is definitely gonna be a WoW anim :D

Filen servers being stinky
In the last 2 days I got some reports about Filen's server having issues from downloads getting stuck to downloads being extremely slow in some parts of the world.
After sending a ticket Filen has assured me that now downloads won't get stuck anymore and that it's a temporary problem.
If the slow download is still a problem I'll send another ticket to them! Issue should hopefully resolve itself within few days or less. Apologies if you're experiencing issues.

Monthly customized animation poll rework 2.0!
The goal is always to make y'all happy :3
Months ago the first poll has been reworked to offer more variety. So far my idea of the poll was to always provide what you wanna see even if that would mean no variety.  Nevertheless that might lead to boring results in the long term.
So here we are with a poll to rework the poll system!
The reworks will be mainly focused on 2nd and 3rd poll (theme and second character) Choice is entirely up to you and will influence future polls.  Take in mind though that polls are calculated from both support sites, as together we are a singular community.

2 Months ban system on second poll
2 months's ban on second poll means that if monster won and then next month human won, there will be 1 month where both of them are banned giving a chance to all the other themes to win!
(Same rotation system of the first poll)  

Keep the current system on second poll
Maintain the current system where the second poll's theme winner is banned after winning two months in a row.

Introduce ban system on third poll
This is a less impactful change as it happens rarely. Introduce a 1 month ban system on the third poll making it so the character who won the third poll won't be available the next time he or it should be. (For example if monster won and then Mr X won, the next time RE and Monster wins, Mr x won't be available).   

Keep the current system on third poll
Maintain the current system where the characters of the third poll will never get bans.
