[Request] Children Can Ask Adults to Read Books

This small mod adds an extra interaction to bookshelves for children, which gives them the ability to ask any teen or older sim in the household to read a book with them. The interaction works in a similar way to the adjacent interaction that toddlers have. This should hopefully help make completing some of the child Mental aspiration goals a bit easier, as well as any other tasks which require it.
A few notes
-Adult sims will not actually get the book out of the bookshelf - they will immediately just have it and start reading to the child; it may be a limitation of the animations the game has available for children vs toddlers (as the interaction is based off the toddler's interaction - some animations used were specific for toddlers, so I had to make do). However because of this, you won't have to worry about putting the books away afterwards.
-I cannot guarantee that the interaction will show up on all CC bookshelves (this would usually only occur if the bookshelf has custom tuning rather than the basic EA one)
