Her clothes are falling around her, and trailing behind her, simultaneously stretching in other ways in her outfit. She's got an expression on her face that's a mixture of horny and worried for herself, as she stumbles forward, trying to escape the odd torrent. The environment she is in is in a suburban area of a city, nearby her own home.
