Late comment, but I'm catching up on the Patreon content now and wanted to share my thoughts. I find it interesting to see the inner workings of your mind, and your dedication to subvert expectations and how crucial you feel it is for your overall work and career. Although I am a sucker for fun stories and lore, so it does disappoint me sometimes if expectations get subverted so much that the videos change in themes and content completely and/or abruptly. I've always thought you've had great storytelling skills, and to pursue 'arcs' like Sister and nephew, Addie, joker, etc is always when I've personally been the most invested in your videos. Hell I was even looking forward to more videos involving Dong, before you suddenly had an allergic reaction! Now you've caught me up in your latest 'arc', and I can't wait to see what happens with Addie and Eddie! I feel like I just take in your content at face value, and don't necessarily expect to have my expectations subverted, in fact your content has such variety that I feel like I come into it with little expectations at all, just excited to see what you made.

I love how you always keep us on our toes and I appreciate how willing you are to experiment and push boundaries. I think it's good to be challenged as an audience member—encountering things we don't necessarily like (usually because it contradicts what we already believe) is an opportunity for us to grow as well. Only interacting with comfortable "predictable" content doesn't allow us to develop new ideas about our own beliefs! Cheers.
