2024-10-18 21:29:07 +0000 UTCYeah, all CRT TVs did that noise at 15kHz. If you replaced the TV with seperate CRT computer monitor and a VCR, the hum won't be audible since the noise is 31khz, above what humans can hear. That said, the noise is completely harmless and won't damage your ears.
