PS: The game files are compressed in split format (ZIP or RAR), as Patreon limits files size to 200mb. You must download all the files, but only need to open the first one to extract the game. Author’s Notes:
I was looking to publish this update sooner, but I've recently been held back by medical issues, which has slowed down my productivity. Fortunately, my treatment is going well, and I've been able to continue work.
This update introduces a new character, but also more elaborate sex animations, which should be looking more fluid as I continue to get better with them.
Next update will start to introduce more plot twists and exotic scenes, as you continue to explore the Shared Dreams while trying to find out more about the mysterious organizations behind their creation.

Yeah, I can update Cloud Maiden in around 7-10 days now (0.4 features 2 scenes and 5 animations), while updates for a Visual Novel take around 3 weeks. Not the same at all.
