I'm interested in buying one of your Reaction Collections instead of the membership. What do I receive when I pay for a Collection?

• You will receive access to all of the reactions within the Collection at the time of your purchase, in addition to all reactions added to it in the future when that applies. Most Collections that are currently incomplete are priced with that in mind.

• Collections of TV series, when I'm currently watching the first or only season, won't be listed for direct purchase until I am one or two episodes away from the end of the season/series.

• Most of my watchalongs are hosted on YouTube only right now, but some reactions offer both YouTube hosted and Patreon hosted so you can choose how you want to watch them.

📢 If you use an Apple device and are considering becoming a member or purchasing from the Shop/Collections, please do not use the iOS app. Apple charges 30% more just because they want to, and that extra money that you pay does not come to me or even Patreon for them to improve the iOS app. Please use your browser on your device instead to become a paid member.

Paid Members

How do I change the tier I'm in?

• Click here for steps on how to do this. When you upgrade your tier, your billing date remains the same and you will be charged the difference between that tiers price and your current tier at the time of upgrading. Then the new tier price will charge on the next billing date. When you downgrade your tier you'll still have access to your current tier until the next billing date, when you'll then be charged the new price and lose access to your current tier's benefits.

What happens when I cancel my membership?

• You will still have access to your tier benefits until your expiration date. When you're in the cancellation screen, you will be asked if you want to stay part of this community as a free member, which I definitely recommend doing if you'd like to keep up-to-date on what's going on here! You are also able to fill out an Exit Survey, which is anonymous. If you are cancelling because of something that is a problem and could be fixed, please send me a direct message here on Patreon.

I want to pay more than your highest tier price - is that possible?

• Yes, though I want to emphasize that this is completely optional and not at all required. If you choose to do this, thank you so much! You can do this through the Membership tab on my creator page. Click the "Edit" icon button and you'll be able to type in a dollar amount for your membership. The amount must be higher than the price of the tier.

Do you accept refund requests?

• Memberships: Generally no, but I also understand that sometimes shit happens. If you have a unique circumstance and want to discuss a refund with me, please send me a direct message here on Patreon, preferably close after your membership charge has been processed so that I know you are serious about the refund.

• Shop Purchases: No, because the reactions are accessible as soon as your payment goes through.

Some or all of your posts are showing as Locked, even though I've paid. What's wrong?

• There can be a few reasons for this:

  1. You're using a VPN. It is a common issue that using a VPN will affect your access to my posts. If you are using one, please disable it, clear cookies/cache in your browser (forcing a log out), and then log back in. If the posts become visible, then this was your issue.

  2. You joined a lower tier than you meant to. You can change your tier in your Membership settings.

  3. Your payment was declined. Declines can happen for a variety of different reasons. The most common ones are insufficient funds with your payment method that is attached to Patreon, or your credit card has expired (if you pay with one). Unfortunately, declines aren't something that I am able to help you with. Please refer to this article for assistance.

  4. If none of the above applies to your situation, then please contact Patreon Support and provide screenshots of my locked posts and your membership details so that they can assist you further.

Do you respond to private messages?

• I will always respond if you require assistance with my Patreon page and reactions, or my Discord server. If you don't require assistance, you are still free to send along a private message but it is likely that I will only read it and not respond. This is simply because I don't have the time to have ongoing one-on-one conversations with multiple people. The community is quite large and it would take away from being able to actually record and edit reactions for you all! 🙏🏻

• If you do want to chat with me though, there are a few ways that you can! The best way is by joining my Discord server if you're not in there already. This is where I am active every single day talking to people within the community. You can also leave lots of comments here on Patreon and I try my best to reply to them all. And finally, feel free to come say hello to me when I am live on Twitch or when I go live on the reaction channel on YouTube.

These are my general expectations from members in the Patreon comments and Community Chats. By being a member here, you agree to the following:

• Do not post any spoilers about movies and TV show episodes. While spoilers aren't completely avoidable, I prefer to know as little as possible before watching something as it allows for better reactions. If you'd like to discuss specifics with fellow paid Patreon members, please join my Discord server and post whatever you would like in the #spoiled-talk channel that I have set up.

• Be kind and respectful to myself and other members. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. is not welcome here and will most likely result in a block/ban from the community. You can be critical about the movies and shows, but there's no need to be critical of how other members feel about those movies and shows.

• I am proud and protective of my spaces and I always want everyone to feel comfortable within them. Comments may be deleted at my discretion and potentially without warning if it is severe enough. Anyone who is here to be consistently negative and insulting towards myself or others, or to just troll around in a disruptive way, will have their membership cancelled.

Potential Syncing Issues:

• The version of the movie that you have access to could have a slightly different frame rate to the version that I am watching and therefore is different from my reaction video. The easiest way to get the two videos synced nicely is to adjust the speed of my reaction using a browser extension, such as this one for Google Chrome. It will either need to be set to 96% or 104%, depending on if the reaction is playing faster or slower relative to your copy.
