red PVC catsuit + black leather harness selfies + thinking out loud

Aaaand the last set of selfies from that photo shoot. I actually did not record new videos for a while. On the one hand, I do have a huge backlog - so I do not have to rush production. And I love stockpiling multiple videos, that way I don't get stressed out. Also, I already know that I won't have time during the next two weeks to record something new, either. Being well prepared, haha. On the other hand, I immensely enjoyed taking pictures again. Just pictures. Together with the Halloween pictures it was the second time we just focused on being creative and combining new and old outfits. πŸ€“

There' a huge difference between recording videos (plus taking pictures of the video outfits at the same time) and just shooting photos.
Video recording is much more exhausting since I have to talk a lot and watch what I'm doing, having to transport information and basically be on point for a long time. Lot's of work for the brain plus posing and taking care of styling the outfits, especially when it's for a collaboration. Sometimes I have to record single takes a few times until I'm satisfied. Sometimes I manage to do 2 videos in a session, sometimes 4 - depends on the effort each video requires (number of outfits and duration of changing them, looking for accessories and thinking about additional styling, seriousness concering the information and advertisment effect...) and if I'm recording after work or taken a day off/the weekend. And post-production takes a lot of time of course, also depending on the amount of effort needed.
With pictures it's easier. I do not take 100 pics of an outfit. Maybe 30. Maybe less. So it's less time consuming compared to recording a video that's 10 minutes long - after editing, mind. I have to do my posing without talking for the moments the photographer pushes the button only. Of course it still takes time to style and change outfits, but it's much more relaxing. I can take better breaks because it's all in all faster than recording a video. I can eat something in between - because: Hello Photoshop! haha - and I can have a drink during the shoot. I can listen to music and get motivated or stay in a good mood, dancing in between. I don't have to "deliver" a video that is going to meet my audience's demands and taste plus think about the YouTube performance, but just be creative. For three years I've been recording videos at least once a month...
So yeah, I really enjoyed the photo shoots recently. It felt a bit like "back to the roots" and taking a break from the routine and the work. Have to keep doing that from time to time. I don't even know if you're interested in these kind of insights, but I thought I'd just put it here. πŸ˜‰

I like very much to read these types of posts where you share about the work and take us behind the curtain a bit. I think that is part of what really separates what your Patreon content from your other social media posts. ANd for what it's worth, I think the photoset posts are just as great as your videos :) But I must admit - when you posts photos in that red catsuit, I struggle to focus on reading the text!

You are always beautiful in your outfits!

Since I did video production a few times and I know how much work it is in the details, I think you have to be born for it in a way. And in order to generate output regularly at short intervals you need very effective technology that is available as exclusively as possible. So in my opinion it is good practice to halt every now and then, regenerate, think about it, adjust parameters if apropriate. For me as a patr(e)on it feels a bit more like a relation anyway than just consumptiona. So I like to get background insights to foster my view on you not only as a Super Model on a distant stage but as a nice, talented human that I am in contact with.

What an exciting process!! So much fun to read about!! 😻 I do sound design and music for visual media, so I can totally relate to the hours that go in to a good output. πŸ¦‰
