The catchlight on your lower lip is too strong and appears to be a blemish or cold sore. I caught that your hips are too broad but missed the skin tone difference. A gentleman does not admit that he gets too distracted to discuss breast size. There's something odd about your right forearm - too narrow, especially near the elbow. Possibly an effect of the uncomfortably awkward angle of your hand on your waist, but I think it's more than that. Are you perhaps left-handed? Is this picture flipped? Can't believe I missed the skin tone difference! Great catch, QR.
