Terra Animations + Update

And hello once again. I trust you are well? it's Terra this time.

The magitek is from FF14. had to make it bigger to fit 2 people. at first I wanted to set all the animations on top of the magitek. but I can only came out with 2 poses : sit riding or princess carry. can't really find a good camera angle with the princess carry, so I went with only the riding pose. just my usual skill issue.

NEW MODEL

This week, I rigged Shelke from DoC.

Seems like people dislike the design and characters in this game. well...I don't really care tbh. I see beautiful face, I rig.

I was actually planning to rig Rosso first. I like the mommy villain look. but I got sidetracked wanting to see Shelke up close. her face mesh is not a bad one considering it's a PS2 model. about the same as or better than FFX's.

so I get her and see if I can make her look somewhat okayish in blender Eevee.

No normal maps, so I had to make new ones...not much geometry either. tried to upscale the diffuse texture, but that didn't help much. I'll save Rosso for another time. there is also Shalua. but I can't find her model. only old dead links left.

I don't think I want to revisit the game just to extract her with a model ripper.

unless SE decided to remake the game. which is unlikely

UP NEXT

Beginning the first week of June with Swimsuit Set part 1 followed by part 2 the week after. I'll add 1 more extra animation for some characters that made it into my free time slot this weekend.

I'm also preparing XV swimsuit set for the 3rd week. I'll try to do all the rigged XV characters (emphasis on "try").I will also try to animate 2 animations per character for the XV set. I'll prioritise Aranea, Luna, Gentiana and Iris. . I'm confident I can animate 2 solo animations for each one of them. I'll do the rest of the characters if I have extra time. Just trying to see my limit. after the XV set, I'll return to my usual pace.
