NieR Marie Animations + Update

Sorry if I did her expression wrong. I didn't play the mobile game after all. all I know is that she is paired well with Yurie. and in most of all her official illustration, she barely smiles. so I'm just going to play it safe. I'll animate them together again in the future.

On the technical side, I encountered more problem in Blender. yep. it's shadow again. now, it's grainy shadows. even though I already set the shadow at max resolution. and I'm pretty sure the light is not penetrating any alpha channels. must be OpenGL limitation. I'm not a python wizard sadly. looking at these issues, idk if I should be excited for the upcoming Vulkan integration in Blender Eevee. I have a feeling there'll be just more bugs lol. but not going to say no to faster viewport though.

NEW MODEL

...I said that I would wait until the proper tools are ready to get Rebirth Characters, but...well uh...the tools are all ready in under 24 hours after the game released on Steam. It's that fast. Idk if it's because of the famous Final Fantasy lucky number 7, or it's because the game made in Unreal Engine. probably both. I immediately delved right into it as soon as I got home from work...I haven't even started the game yet. And My first target, is to get this woman :

The cute Shinra Commander with no name (for now). She is so cute, I got to get her right away... I heard she is actually related to a certain known character.

Initially, I wanted to rig FF14 character this week, but I got in too deep browsing Rebirth characters with the tool haha. so I figured, might as well.

And I've already located everyone. I wish 16 was this easy lol. the process is pretty much the same as 7Remake.

I will still prioritize debuting FF16 and other characters for now though. 7 is super popular anyway. I bet we'll going to get some good animators animate the ladies in no time. I can't wait to see a bunch of them too ngl.

it'll come time for me to animate them too that's for certain. right now, I'm still trying to find and create some time to play the game and rig the girls.

14 debut next week is going to be M'naago. and perhaps Lyse Cameo in one of the videos too. why not.
