He does such an amazing job in the private conversation to effortlessly slide in and out of character, completely flipping his demeanor and personality between "salesman of the year" and someone you both fear and respect (yet it's not respect out of fear, which is how the empire operates). Fantastic actor in both English and Scandinavian roles.

2022-10-31 18:23:40 +0000 UTCI am also LOVING ANDOR! It is so so interesting and fun! I believe that Star Wars is often at itβs best in show form. Like obviously Revenge of the Sith is a near Masterpiece, and the Original Trilogy and Rogue one are incredible! But the shows just have more fun, more lore, more time with characters. Like seeing Luther in this episode go into a disguise to run an Artifact shops is SO cool and SO DANGEROUS! I wonβt say what some of those artifacts are, but once youβve seen more of the shows Iβd would go back and look at his SHOP. It is PACKED with Easter eggs. One of which is a Gungan Shield from the Phantom Menace in the back left corner in some shots of the main room. And the Utapouan weapon Luther showed Mon Mothma is from the Homeworld of the Grand Inquisitor from Kenobi, as well as the Planet Obi Wan killed Grievous on in Episode 3. Love Nemmic! And I really enjoy the Imperial Office stuff. Also love the Nod to Scariff, wonder what they could be building π€π. And those TIE FIGHTERS WERE SCARY! That is probably the most intimidating their Screech has ever been.

2022-10-30 22:04:59 +0000 UTCHappy birthday ! I hope your day is going great. :D New arc of 3 episodes, so the show is taking its time to build to episode 6 this time. A lot of new characters but they did a fine job with the transition. Mon Mothma is a pleasure to have in this show. The guy at her appartement is her husband alright, his name is brought up in the shop scene with Luthen ( he is called Perrin ) and the subtitles confirmed it was him. What a piece of work this guy is, inviting his fascist friends from the Palpatine circle while his wife is trying to limit the impact the Empire has in the galaxy via her Senate position. The writing is excellent, the show looks good. And you are right the Imperial Security Bureau is a first time on screen, it is something that was created for the larger universe in books and RPG material but that is the great opportunity with this show, see the behind the scene stuff we don't have time in a movie. This show is officially confirmed to be a 2 seasons affair of 12 episodes each leading to Rogue One. Looking forward to your next reactions next week, i hope you have an awesome stream. Cheers !
