I put this one off for a while, cuz, really ironically, after watching a number your reactions, and making my own reading of your tastes. I had a fairly on the nose perception of what would be in your final thoughts for it. All valid subjective criticisms based on very reasonable personal preferences. If this were a science fiction film and not a romantic drama in a deep space setting. Then it could have avoided the unnecessary compilation of a morally murky and totally questionable situational romance, intended to put an extreme spin on the very well established meet-cute paradigm. The nature of that meet, courtship, conflict, resolution, happy ending or tradegy is quite a left field choice I'll admit. But was fully in line with what I expected to happen all the same.
