For the TV series that I react to, I typically give the first episode out for free so you can experience it with me and see if you're up for joining us to continue! For Star Wars Rebels, both the Shorts and these first two episodes of Season 1 will be available for free. You must have your own copy of the episodes to watchalong as I do blur the episodes and have the audio muted. I leave a few seconds of it up at the start of each episode for syncing purposes. 2022-12-02 15:28:34 +0000 UTCAnd so it begins! I really enjoy Rebels, but honestly it’s hard to talk about the Crew right now because we just met them, there cool. I really like the Ghost (Herra’s ship) and how they call themselves Ghost crew with the code names of Spector 1-6! And I LOVE Seeing Obi WAN’s warning! We see him record it in Revenge of the Sith but only when he is uploading it or whatever, not what he said. So that’s really cool. I’m excited for more!

Obviously Rebels came out before bad batch but it's those little details that make Star Wars fun to rewatch after all these news shows come out Rebels uses a lot of concept art for original star wars things. Zeb is based on the original design for Chewie/wookies, so the hairless wookie comment is even funnier.

2022-12-01 21:10:07 +0000 UTCThis show starts realllllly well, a few call backs here and there, couple cameos thrown in and extremely likeable characters. The one thing about this show that confuses me is their indecisiveness on if they want to ‘kill’ anyone, sometimes they straight up kill them and other times it’s a stun, that’s completely down to disneys censorship though, as this show was made just after disneys buy out and since this show aired on a Disney channel, some stuff was toned down, that’s also why there’s random cuts to black in the episodes, those were ad breaks originally (: Loved this reaction KL, judging by this reaction you’re gonna have a blast with this show 😄

2022-12-01 19:37:33 +0000 UTCI can see that. Ezra is very young feeling, like a pre-teen, and Hera, Kanan and Sabine feel like teenagers (maybe 19). Zeb is the only one who feels like a mature adult in this group LOL. So far it's not bothering me, but excited to see more.

2022-12-01 16:43:53 +0000 UTCThe characters and there interactions are the strongest aspect of this show and it was very much on display in this two first episode. Everyone of them is interesting and you want to know more even if of course you always have your favourite. ( Sabine stan here) I always had the feeling this show was also written for a audience a little younger than Clone Wars. I don't mind it, but i had a harder time getting into the show because of it initially. I would be curious to know if you feel the same Kaiielle.
