I don't imagine there's much desire for any of the others. 3 is, well, tonally different. 4 and 5 are just.... Err why? I did 'enjoy' elements of 6 in a leave your brain in a jar kinda way. I do imagine that I'm in a minority with that stance. Still quite a number of titles to work through in the back catalogue. Which of and when, tbd. All I know is I'm leavin Die Hard for Christmas. 🤟🏻

If you are really into the Franchise, T4 might be Patreon exclusive material but thats it and you shouldnt watch 5 or 6 unless you wanna learn how to kill a big Moviefranchise in 5 Minutes of a Movie, literally, im not kidding, its spectacular. Then you should watch T6.

Crazy to think this movie is over 30 years old and still holds up to this day!James Cameron knows how to make a film! Looking forward to your complete review! Of course now we will want an Aliens reaction ASAP 😜JK, take your time and have a good rest of the week!

2023-02-07 17:21:41 +0000 UTCLOL we actually do not need assholes here at all in my community and I've had to remove a couple already in the past for being that way. 😅 As long as you stay respectful in your opinions, and follow my other guidelines, we can have a good time. I'd be interested to know how you find it simplistic. I found the "horror" element in this one to still be pretty scary. I actually find this liquid metal Terminator worse than Arnold's in the first movie because at least hard metal like he is feels like you have a chance at beating it, whereas this new guy... I feel like I spent the whole movie wondering how the hell they were gonna beat him because it seemed impossible. Kind of raising the stakes. But that might be just me!

2023-02-07 14:24:54 +0000 UTCThis is just a timeless classic and a gold standard for sequels. This film was proof positive that James Cameron is the safest pair of hands for big budget productions. Impressive to think the overall plot of preventing the war was briefly explored in a deleted scene from the first movie and spun into an incredible film. It's a shame Arnold Schwarzenegger and James Cameron only did one more movie after this (True Lies) as their collaborations are always solid.
