I appreciated the opportunity to watch this show blind to the story while you knew all the spoilers and respectfully kept them to yourself. You’re a video reaction role model. I remember your reaction to Ashley Johnson in The Avengers. I had no idea she portrayed a character in a video game, so I was very surprised you recognized her. I first saw her as a little Christie Seaver in Growing Pains, a beloved 80’s sitcom. I thought maybe she was know for her role in the recently wrapped Blindspot, little did I know. I’m glad she got the role of Ellie’s mom for the show. Now that the season has wrapped I’m going to watch a play through. Thanks for posting this so quickly after the episode wrapped. I wasn’t ready to let it go. Sundays will not be the same.

2023-03-13 12:06:32 +0000 UTCI enjoyed this finale and don’t have any negatives versus the game - shocking I know. I was hoping for and expecting a flashback to cover the notes/recordings in the game and they delivered on that. It was again nice to see something new, and got an appearance from Ashley which was great. The giraffe scene was what I’d hoped for, an ever fleeting but beautiful moment. The emotional scenes between Joel and Ellie definitely got me good in this one, those were the standouts for this episode.
